WHY YOU’RE NOT MOTIVATED TO LOSE WEIGHT & HOW TO CHANGE IT

I am going to reveal why you’re note motivated to lose weight.

I began studying the power of the mind over the physiology of the body because my dad had a work accident and became a quadriplegic.

In addition, I grew up hating my body and myself but managed to turn it all around.

I have been in fitness industry for 10 years specialising in body transformation by coaching women how to harness the power of their mind to change their thoughts, feelings and actions…therefore their body changes!

So here’s my NUMBER ONE tip for this week!

There is a whole science behind this…and I won’t bore you with the intricacies…but I will tell you the facts…

Here’s a synopsis…

1. We think in images.

2. The brain can’t tell the difference between what we see with our eyes and what we see in our imagination.

3. The images we ‘think’ appear in the ONLY image centre of the brain.

4. Each image causes us to have an EMOTIONAL response (which is a cocktail of hormones sent from the limbic system of the brain which is attached to the image centre we just mentioned).

5. The hormone you release from the brain as a result of the image shoots through your bloodstream and attaches to the cells of your body (like a key in a lock).

6. The hormone UNLOCKS the gates on the cell so it can freely inject it’s message into the cell

7. The cells of your body are HIGHLY reactive to hormones and will literally CHANGE THEIR BEHAVIOUR according to the message you just sent them!

8. You then end up with a FEELING – and your body changes!

EXAMPLE:

You walk past a mirror, see your reflection (image goes to image centre of brain).

You have already ‘trained’ your brain to hate what you see so it sends off ‘UNHAPPY’ hormones to cells of your body.

The cells respond accordingly and you begin to FEEL unhappy, depressed, despair. Your shoulders roll forward, head drops and possibly cry.

NOW….

Do this often enough and you create a HABIT.

This means your brain will fire off these hormones to keep you feeling crap about yourself without you even knowing it…SCARY!!!

YOUR CELLS REPLICATE THEMSELVES EVERY 90 DAYS OR SO BASED ON THE PROGRAMMING YOU HAVE GIVEN THEM.

SO…..

Keeps sending messages to your cells that you are fat or you don’t like yourself etc etc and your cells will replicate with the ‘fat’ thoughts = CONSTANT STRUGGLE!

Spend time REPROGRAMMING your cells to think thoughts of how gorgeous your body is (may be gratitude for movement, life, health etc) and you will replicate your cells with BETTER programming which means – INSPIRED ACTION to act in alignment with that new programming!

Make THAT your new habit!

HOW?

Change the image you hold of yourself in your mind and they way you feel about your image.

Spend 5 minutes per day – every day – IMAGINING your sexy, fit, healthy body.

THE KEY is however to ensure you FEEL THE FEELINGS of looking and feeling that way – AS IF IT IS REAL RIGHT NOW!

WHY?

Because this will fire off new hormonal messages to the cells to help you reprogram them to the NEW you!
